360 - 350 v. Chr. H 13,1cm, ø Körper 9,1cm. Weinkanne mit Kleeblattmündung der Form 3. Auf der Vorderseite ein Panther mit schwarz-weiß gepunktetem Fell. In Weiß darüber eine Rosette und darunter eine Efeuranke.

Small Paestan red-figure chous from the Workshop of Asteas. 360 - 350 century BC. Height 13,1cm, ø corpus 9,1cm. Jug for wine with treefoil mouth of typus 3 depicting a white and black dotted panther. In white above a rosette and below an ivy-tendril.
With copy of the Hirsch catalogue! Black glaze flaked off at few tiny spots, otherwise intact.
