Außen umlaufend ein tongrundiger Streifen, darauf jeweils eine Sirene zwischen zwei Manteljünglingen, einem Hahn und einer Henne sowie Henkelpalmetten. Innen ein kleiner Tondo mit Kreispunkt. Attische Droop-Schale.
550 - 530 v. Chr. H 11,6cm, B 28,8cm, ø 21,6cm. Schale mit abgesetztem Rand. Innen ein kleiner Tondo mit Kreispunkt. Außen ein Lotusknospenfries und ein Band mit auf dem Kopf stehenden Panthern in Silhouetten-Technik. Mit entsprechenden Seiten des Christie´s-Kataloges (Kopien)!

Provenienz: Aus der Sammlung Professor Dr. H.-H. Heißmeyer, Schwäbisch Hall, erworben 1995 bei der Galerie am Museum Jürgen Haering, Freiburg. Im Becchina-Archiv gelistet und deshalb bei Christie´s London zur Klärung der Eigentumsfrage zurückgezogen. 2016 freigegeben und dem Eigentümer wieder ausgehändigt. Eine Rückgabeforderung der italienischen Behörden ist nicht erfolgt.

Apulian red-figure lekanis with lid, Workshop of the Baltimore Painter. 330 - 320 B.C. On the lid between palmettes two womens heads, one in three-quarter view, the other in profile to the left. Tiny splinter of the lid-rim is missing, the color is slightly rubbed off at few spots.

Etruskischer Teller des Genucilia-Gruppe.
Caere, 2. Hälfte 4. Jh. v. Chr. H 5,1cm, ø 14,4cm. Auf der Tellerfläche ein Frauenkopf mit Sakkos umrandet von einem Wellenband. Auf der Fußunterseite etruskische Weihinschrift mit dem Namen des Stifters. Mit französischem Antikenpass und schönem Ständer!

Spätes 4. Jh. v. Chr. H 22,9cm, ø 27,1cm. Zylindrische Dreifußpyxis mit Füßen in Form von Greifenkrallen. Darauf flacher, mehrfach profilierter Deckel. Polychrome Malerei auf weißem Grund. Auf dem Deckel ein Kymation und außen ein Eierstab. Auf der Pyxis drei Reihen von mehrfarbigen Rechtecken. Mit entsprechenden Katalogseiten der Galerie Günter Puhze und der Rechnung (Kopien)!

Canosa tripod-pyxis with lid. Late 4th century B.C. Cylindrical pyxis with three griffin-feet and polychrome painting on white ground. On the lid cymatium and egg and dart, on the pyxis three rows of polychrome rectangles. Lid is reassembled from two parts, foot of the pyxis is broken and reattached, the painting partially rubbed off. With corresponding pages of the Puhze-catalogue and the invoice (copies)!

Figürliche Lekythos.
Canosa, spätes 4. - frühes 3. Jh. v. Chr. H 34cm. Heller Ton mit weißer Engobe und Bemalung in Rosa und Gelb. Gefäß in Form einer sitzenden Sphinx mit ausgebreiteten Flügeln. Aus dem rothaarigen Kopf erwächst ein Ausguss mit Kleeblattmündung, über dem sich ein hoher, mit Rosetten verzierter Henkel erhebt.

An early Hellenistic polychrome terracotta lekythos. Canosan, late 4th - early 3rd century B.C. With high ribbed handle and trefoil mouth. The corpus in form of a seated sphinx with her tail curling around the right haunch. The wings are curled like volutes. Restored cracks at wings and handle, but complete. Well preserved colours!

Figürliche attische Oinochoe.
Um 450 v. Chr. H 19,8cm, T 10,3cm. Verwendung von schwarzem Schlicker und rötlicher Engobe. Kanne mit Kleeblattmündung und hohem Henkel. Im zurückgekämmten Scheitelhaar ein Diadem, Hinterkopf capite velato, Ohren, Ohrringe sowie Halskette durch Bemalung angegeben. Mit entsprechenden Seiten des Christie´s-Kataloges (Kopien)!

Greek figural askos in shape of a foot with sandal. Magna Graecia, 4th - 3rd century B.C. Bright brown clay with brown slip. In the spout a sieve, backwards a spout in form of a lion´s head. Handle, rear part of the sole incl. the right part of the heel are modern and retouched. With foto and description of the former owner!

Beide Kannen sind auf der Schulter mit einem Strahlenkranz und auf dem Bauch mit einem Lorbeerkranz dekoriert. 2 Stück! Mit Beschreibungen des ehemaligen Besitzers!
