500 - 480 v. Chr. H 20,3cm, ø 9,1cm, ø Fuß 5,6cm. Schwarzfigurig, Details in Weiß. Auf dem Bauch in der Mitte der liegende Dionysos, der eine große Weinrebe hält, zwischen einer links sitzenden und rechts tanzenden Mänade. Auf der Schulter Strahlen und ein Lotusknospenfries.
Provenienz: Ex Sammlung J.S., Münster, erworben Ende 1970er bis Anfang 1980er Jahre.
Attic black-figure shoulder lekythos of the Class of Athens 581. 500 - 480 B.C. On the corpus the lying Dionysos holding vine between a sitting maenad on the left and a dancing maenad on the right. On the shoulder rays and a frieze of lotus buts. Reassembeld from fragments, little missing parts at the cracks are retouched.
